A DM or an email. You tell us what you're building, we'll tell you which package fits — or that none of them do. You get a timeline and a price before anything begins.
The Page, a couple of days. The Atelier, three. The Direction depends on the shoot. Nothing starts until the brief is clear, which is usually the part that takes longest.
Whatever your brand looks like right now. Logo, photos, colours, half-finished notes. If none of that exists yet, that's part of the work, not a problem.
Yes. Most people arrive with a draft they've stopped liking. We'll work from it, or from nothing.
